Business Design CoP
This Community of Practice (CoP) is committed to
business design that is pragmatic, simple, actionable,
understandable and aligned and that focuses on business
priorities and outcomes. It encompasses the disciplines
of Business Architecture and Strategic Planning and
addresses issues of roles, governance and
accountabilities. It recognizes the increasingly
interconnected and rapidly changing nature of business
and views the exclusive pursuit of IT architecture as
counter-productive to business success.
The CoPs exist to exchange real-world stories,
practices, lessons and insights among business
practitioners. Their goal is to make business work
better through the successful adoption of key
business-technology strategies by the Global 1000, major
government agencies and midmarket businesses.
CoP Co-Chairs
